A back door from the garden leads straight to a main road with a supermarket and several restaurants around the roundabout, so everything is close at hand.
Each home has a fixed monthly base rate. On top of that come the utilities where applicable. Much is already included.
Mandatory: cleaning every 2 weeks including linen change. Charged separately.
