Casa Duna is a beautifully renovated seaside home just steps from the sand, with sweeping sea views. Walk straight over the dunes to Monte Clerigo or Amoreira beach for surf, swims or lunch by the sea, or paddleboard the Amoreira river behind the house.
Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms sit on the ground floor, plus a cosy mezzanine with two single beds overlooking the living space, perfect for kids. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is bathed in light through floor-to-ceiling windows, with a state-of-the-art fireplace and hand-picked design pieces.
Outside, a lush garden offers shaded seating, sun loungers, a yoga deck, a BBQ and a lounge for sunset drinks. Private parking sits right in front of the house.
Each home has a fixed monthly base rate. On top of that come the utilities where applicable. Much is already included.
Mandatory: cleaning every 2 weeks including linen change. Charged separately.
